As beautiful as my previous trips abroad were, every time I returned to Switzerland I was able to get to know and appreciate my home country from a new perspective. This is certainly one reason why I’ve worked in various roles in the Swiss tourist industry so far. In my current function, my first priority is to understand what kind of experiences each customer is looking for and to guide them through the countless possibilities. What follows is the pursuit of perfection in the tailor-made design and handling of the itinerary.
