Cambodia is smaller than its neighbours Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam but despite its compact size, getting around remains an adventure. Roads may have
improved in recent years but bus journeys are bumpy – they call it the ‘Cambodian massage’ – so trust Cosa to arrange a private car and English-speaking
guide for your trip. We will make sure you experience classic Cambodia, from sunrise over Angkor Wat to the rhythm of rural life among the rice paddies.

Cambodia
facts

The kingdom of Cambodia, and its people, have been to hell and back. Two million were killed under Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge, who controlled the country from
1975-79 and their threat remained real until the late 1990s. As a consequence of the Khmer Rouge, approximately 60 percent of the population is under 30
and favour fresh food over fast food. This explains why you won’t find a McDonald’s in Cambodia, a country that has changed its name no fewer than five
times.
