The beating art of Berlin
A Cosa event in Germany
Culture, innovation and excitement – Berlin has it all. Top performers from a global IT company gathered from around the world to immerse themselves in one of Europe’s most vibrant and eclectic cities. Over two consecutive weekends, Cosa crafted authentic experiences, guiding the groups through the city’s trendiest neighbourhoods and opening doors to exclusive spots typically reserved for locals in the know.
Highlights
One-of-a-kind location
Our art festival was held at a unique venue that couldn’t have been more fitting: an abandoned Cold War listening station, now covered in vibrant graffiti.
This space perfectly encapsulates the hip, edgy and authentic spirit of Berlin. But could participants leave their own mark?
Absolutely! Guided by professional graffiti artists, they grabbed spray cans and added their own art to the site.
Going mobile
Stylish on-the-go food trucks are the in-thing in Berlin’s food scene, so we made sure they were a focal part of the event.
We transformed our location into a lively market hall full of authentic flavours and a diverse array of cuisines.
With saxophone, drums, violin and powerful vocals, we knew exactly how to energise the crowd and bring the atmosphere alive.
Group activities
Does being in such a creative location spark your own imagination? We can confidently say: Yes!
Participants unleashed their creativity by designing jute bags – a perfect souvenir for them to take home.
For those looking to blow off some steam, golf clubs were available for a round of cross golf, played from the rooftop of the venue.
Giving back
One of the most rewarding parts of this event was helping the Little Homes project in Berlin, which supports the homeless. The 140 volunteers built three mini-houses in just five hours, despite diverse skill levels. They worked together, building sturdy shelters complete with floors, walls, windows and lockable doors. These Little Homes provide more than just a roof – they offer peace, security and a crucial step towards a better future for their occupants.
