We are looking for a team player to support and further build up the “Switzerland & Alpine regions” department as well as take over internal projects. Your role:

• Put together hand-crafted Switzerland and alpine countries itineraries for customers
• Handle the entire travel file, follow up and make sure the travels go well
• Customer relation management
• Proactive sales & marketing, as well as creating new marketing strategies
• Creation of newsletters, mailings & organisation of events
• Supplier management & product development

Must have:

• Professional experience in project management / sales or similar or a degree in the tourism area
• Experience in operations / sales in the tourism industry or you know Switzerland well
• Service oriented personality
• Microsoft Office expert
• Intercultural competence and adaptability
• Self-reliant, communicative and fun-loving

Languages:

English – C1 Required
